1. The service
WARDOGS Browser is an independent community directory that helps players discover WARDOGS community servers. It is operated by Aleksandar Kovačević from Serbia ("we", "us"). It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by BULKHEAD, WARDOGS, any server hosting provider, or any listed community.
By using an account, publishing or editing a listing, or otherwise contributing to the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may still browse the public directory but must not use its account or contribution features.
2. Accounts
Accounts use Discord for authentication. You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your country and keep access to your Discord account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your WARDOGS Browser account.
Do not impersonate another person, community, or server operator. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or a listing connected to it has been misused.
3. Server listings and submitted content
You may submit factual information about a WARDOGS server that is publicly discoverable through the game or has been publicly promoted. You do not need to operate the server, but you must not present yourself as its owner or authorized representative unless that is true.
Information you submit must be reasonably accurate and must not include private personal information, deceptive claims, malicious links, or content you do not have permission to share. Use your own description or a factual summary instead of copying protected promotional text. A whitelisted server may be listed when its existence is publicly discoverable.
You retain ownership of content you create. You give WARDOGS Browser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, display, and promote that content as part of operating the directory. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for temporary backups, caches, and records reasonably needed for security or disputes.
4. Server operators, corrections, and removal
Creating a listing does not prove ownership or give the submitter authority to represent the server. A server operator or authorized administrator may ask us to correct or remove a listing by emailing hello@wardogs-browser.com.
We may request reasonable evidence that the requester controls or represents the server. While a request or competing claim is reviewed, we may restrict editing or temporarily hide the listing. We may keep a private record of a removed Server ID to prevent unwanted repeated listings. Decisions may be reconsidered when better evidence becomes available.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use WARDOGS Browser to:
- impersonate a server operator, staff member, person, or organization;
- publish harmful, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content;
- distribute malware, credential traps, or malicious external links;
- spam listings, manipulate directory information, or bypass account limits;
- interfere with the service, its security, or other users; or
- use automated access in a way that degrades the service or places unreasonable load on it.
6. Moderation and account action
We may correct, reject, hide, transfer, or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, disputed, unsafe, or inconsistent with these terms. We may restrict or disable accounts used for abuse. We are not required to publish or preserve every submission.
Where practical, you may contact us to explain a moderation decision or provide additional evidence. Immediate action may be taken when needed to protect users or the service.
7. Paid boosts and refunds
Browsing the directory and listing servers and communities is free. Boosts are an optional paid feature that shows a server you own in the Boosted servers list on the homepage for a fixed number of days. The price of each boost length is shown before you pay.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
- The Boosted servers list has a limited number of spots, filled in the order boosts are bought. When every spot is taken, your payment reserves a future spot and the boost waits in line.
- Before you pay, we show the boost length and an estimated start date. The start date is an estimate and can move earlier, for example when someone ahead of you does not pay.
- Your place in line is held for 15 minutes while you pay. When the hold ends, the unpaid checkout is closed and the spot is released.
- A boost is activated when your server appears on the homepage. The boost length counts from activation, not from payment.
- A server can have one boost at a time.
- A boost places your server in the list. It does not guarantee visitors, players, or a particular position in the list.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: a boost is refunded in full until it starts and is generally non-refundable once it has started, and a boost whose payment is refunded through Paddle or disputed ends immediately. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
8. Third-party services and communities
Listings may link to Discord communities, websites, game servers, and hosting providers that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, conduct, security, purchases, moderation decisions, bans, or availability. Accessing them is at your own discretion and may be subject to separate terms.
9. Accuracy, availability, and liability
Server information is provided by community members and may be incomplete or outdated. WARDOGS Browser does not guarantee that a server is online, safe, accessible, populated, or configured as described. A listing is not an endorsement or verification of its operator.
Apart from paid boosts, the service is provided free of charge. It is provided as available, and features may be experimental, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WARDOGS Browser is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on a listing, use of an external community, or temporary unavailability of the service.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the directory develops. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be published on this page. We may require you to review and accept a revised version before continuing to use account features.
You may stop using the service at any time and may contact us about deleting your account or listings. Relevant security, moderation, suppression, or dispute records may be retained when reasonably necessary and as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing rules and contact
WARDOGS Browser is operated by Aleksandar Kovačević from Serbia. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Serbia, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
